Therapy can be an incredibly valuable tool. My goal is to help you use it well—so what you learn becomes part of how you actually live.
MORGAN BOKELMAN, LMFT AND CREATOR OF THE THERAPY COMPASS
Therapy should help you live your life—not become your life.
Therapy can be a powerful place for insight, healing and change. But the goal isn't simply to understand yourself better. It's to take what you learn and live differently—with greater self-awareness, stronger relationships, practical skills, resilience and hope.
Gain clarity.
Understand what's happening beneath the surface—your thoughts, emotions, patterns and relationships.
Get rooted.
Develop perspective, skills and convictions that help you respond intentionally rather than simply react.
Go.
Take what you've learned into your actual life. Because growth isn't supposed to stay in the therapy room.

Meet Morgan
Hi, I'm Morgan.
I believe good therapy should help you understand yourself—and then help you do something with that understanding.
I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, educator, and Christian counselor. I've spent my career helping people make sense of their experiences, understand the patterns shaping their lives, and develop practical skills for moving forward.
I believe people need compassion, but I also believe they're capable of being challenged. Feelings deserve to be understood, but they aren't always the whole story. Difficult relationships aren't automatically destructive ones. And sometimes growth requires us to look not only at what's happened to us, but also at what we can do next.
My approach is rooted in a simple belief: therapy should build self-awareness, responsibility, resilience, healthier relationships, and hope.
Whether you're sitting across from me in the therapy room or using one of my resources at home, I want to help you gain clarity, get rooted, and take what you're learning back into your actual life.
